Couch to 5k group

Starting in January I am setting up a new beginners running group aimed at those people wanting to go from couch to 5k in 10 weeks.

This is for people who are new to running, who don't know where to start, who have questions about trainers, running slow, walking breaks and everything in-between.

This will be a small group session of one guided group run each week with me and two other runs done by yourself or with other group members, an online Whatsapp support group throughout the 10 weeks to answer any questions and inspire and help each other and the whole programme culminates in completing a parkrun after ten weeks.

Starting running was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life, starting out at 18 stone and unfit, unhealthy and stressed.  Years later I am fitter and healthier than I have ever been, I've lost a third of my body-weight and the improvements to my mental health are life changing.
