Training plans are available for all events from 5k up to a Marathon.
I am a fully qualified level 4 Performance Endurance Coach and have been working with runners for over 10 years. I have spent years writing plans for runners of all abilities to tackle events at all distances.
Sometimes a downloadable one size fits all plan just doesn't work, you need something that fits your life, your job, childcare, work life balance and everything else life throws up. My plans are bespoke to each individual, somebody aiming for a 5 hour marathon needs a very different plan to someone aiming for a 3 hour marathon. The fundamental basics of the plan are completely different and unique to each person.
Plans are available for 12 and 16 week blocks, for a 5 or 10k a 12 week plan is usually sufficient and for a half marathon or full marathon a 16 week plan is needed. Alongside the plan I also full support via email or WhatsApp for the duration. Plans are sent out in 4 week blocks that are fully changeable and adaptable and each 4 week block and support is priced at £100
For a 12 week plan and full online support the total cost is £300 and for a 16 week plan and full support the cost is £400. If injury and life get in the way we can pause the plan and revisit it later. This is bespoke planning to fit your life and not the other way round.
As an addition to thr running plans I also offer one to one coached sessions.

These sessions are fantastic for so many runners, they are 60 minutes face to face and include drills, warm up, main session and cool down. I take care of the details, the pacing and everything else and you just need to turn up and do it!
It's not always about taking you out of your comfort zone, sometimes its about working slowly together to build on small targets and tick them off and move on. I work to help you get the most out of every session and most importantly to make running enjoyable and rewarding.
Can be booked as individual sessions priced at £40 or in blocks of 1-5, 6-9 or 10 plus and prices vary slightly depending on how many you book. Once booked we can move them around to suit your schedule best and I am available for sessions 7 days a week from 7am.
